Returns
We accept returns for damaged or faulty items only. Requests must be made within a week of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at elianasmyth06@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or fault.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Non-returnable Items
Custom artwork, commissioned pieces, and limited edition prints are non-returnable unless defective.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist with a replacement or refund.

 

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
